What You’ll Do

• Lead high-volume daily operations with a focus on speed, accuracy, and hospitality
• Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching and hands-on leadership
• Create a welcoming environment where guests feel appreciated and team members feel supported
• Manage staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and operational standards
• Maintain cost controls and drive strong P&L performance
• Ensure consistent execution of brand procedures and food quality

What You Need

• 3–5+ years of management experience in QSR or fast casual
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast, drive-thru-driven environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate teams, solve problems quickly, and maintain excellent guest satisfaction

Compensation & Benefits

• $60k–$70k base salary
