What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team
  • Drive exceptional guest experiences through hospitality-focused leadership
  • Manage restaurant P&L, budgets, labor, and controllable costs
  • Oversee inventory, food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Ensure compliance with all local and state health and safety regulations
  • Create effective schedules and manage payroll responsibly
  • Execute company policies, procedures, and operational strategies
  • Build strong community presence through local engagement and events

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proven success managing full P&L responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, food safety, and purchasing
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and retain great teams
  • Financial acumen with a track record of driving sales and profitability
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Food handler certification preferred
