Salary: Up to $60k + Bonus

Required:

• Minimum 5 years full-service, or fast casual restaurant GM experience
• Must have Hunger to Grow the business  
• Successful at building sales & community outreach, customer relationships and interfacing with guests
• Ensure continuous improvement in both customer and employee satisfaction at all times
• Excellent leadership and employee development skills
• Adaptable to market needs

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary up to $60k based on experience, plus bonus
• Paid 50% of Insurance
• Closed on Sundays
