Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations in a high-volume fast-casual environment

• Lead, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members

• Drive excellent guest service and team engagement

• Manage and grow catering operations

• Control labor, food costs, and overall P&L performance

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members

• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards

• Complete company reporting and administrative requirements

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager

• Fast-casual restaurant background required

• Catering experience strongly preferred

• Proven success in high-volume operations

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills

• Solid understanding of restaurant financials and cost controls

• Hands-on, guest-focused leadership style
