Hiring: Restaurant GM

Full-Service, High Volume (Scratch Kitchen)
Location: Frisco area  
Pay: up to $70k-$80k

Responsibilities

·         GM will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, mentoring & developing managers & overall financial success.

·         Deliver high quality, great tasting food to meet company standards

·         Proper food safety, sanitation, and profitability

·         Promote teamwork and superior guest experience and growing sales

·         Maintain a professional image adhering to company guidelines

Requirements

·         5+ years’ experience as GM in Full-Service, High Volume Restaurant

·         Scratch Kitchen experience preferred

·         Education: High school diploma or higher

·         Associate’s degree or higher in Culinary or Hospitality Management is a plus
