Location: Knoxville, TN
Salary: $90,000–$95,000 + Performance Bonus (20–25%+)

A national family-dining brand is searching for an experienced GM to oversee all restaurant operations and lead a large, fast-paced team.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee operations, staffing, guest satisfaction, and compliance

• Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial performance

• Recruit, onboard, and develop management & hourly teams

• Maintain strong service standards and operational consistency

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years high-volume GM experience

• Strong financial and operational leadership

• Excellent communication and coaching skills
