We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager who takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food while keeping operations efficient and cost-effective.

This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in the back-of-house and knows how to balance execution, team leadership, and financial discipline.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, train, and develop the kitchen team
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and execution
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Oversee prep, line execution, and kitchen workflows
  • Partner with leadership to optimize kitchen performance
  • Control labor and minimize waste

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of Kitchen Manager or BOH leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of food cost, inventory, and kitchen systems
  • Proven ability to lead a high-performing kitchen team
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment
