We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager who takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food while keeping operations efficient and cost-effective.
This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in the back-of-house and knows how to balance execution, team leadership, and financial discipline.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and develop the kitchen team
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and execution
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Oversee prep, line execution, and kitchen workflows
- Partner with leadership to optimize kitchen performance
- Control labor and minimize waste
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of Kitchen Manager or BOH leadership experience
- Strong understanding of food cost, inventory, and kitchen systems
- Proven ability to lead a high-performing kitchen team
- Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
