Position Overview:
We are hiring for Restaurant Managers at multiple levels, including those ready to step into a General Manager role and those looking to grow into one. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for team development, daily operations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced environment
• Create a positive, high-energy team culture
• Hire, train, and develop team members for long-term success
• Manage schedules, inventory, and labor to drive profitability
• Ensure every guest receives the “Smoothie King Experience”
• Support sales growth through local marketing and team execution

Who You Are:

• 1–3+ years of management experience in restaurant, QSR, or retail
• OR an experienced GM looking for a strong team and growth opportunity
• A natural leader with a “customer comes first” mindset
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing operations
• Passion for health, wellness, and an active lifestyle is a plus

Compensation & Growth:

• Hourly leadership role with typical annual earnings of $50K–$60K (based on hours worked)
