Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building high-performing teams? We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our vibrant locations in the Arlington/Grapevine area.
What You Bring to the Table:
– At least 1 year of restaurant management experience (required)
– College degree or equivalent (preferred)
– Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
– Ability to motivate and manage a team while focusing on customer satisfaction
– Capability to handle physical demands: standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working 50-60 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
– Team Building: Lead and motivate staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
– Customer Focus: Provide outstanding service, quickly resolving any customer concerns
– Operations Management: Oversee daily tasks, including inventory control, sales monitoring, and maintaining facility conditions
– Financial & Staffing Oversight: Ensure accurate sales, payroll, and inventory control, while complying with company policies and safety standards
