Restaurant Manager | Fast Casual Dining
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 + Up to 10% Quarterly Bonus

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager with hospitality and scratch kitchen experience to join a growing fast-casual concept. Must be able to work late nights!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the management team in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
• Assist with team training, development, and recognition
• Promote a positive and professional team environment
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a full-service or fast-casual restaurant setting
• Valid Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications (as required by state/local laws)
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Results-driven, team-oriented, and guest-focused
• Must be able to work late nights!
