Restaurant Manager

A rapidly growing hospitality group is seeking a talented and driven Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to deliver outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members on all aspects of operations.
  • Motivate and lead staff to consistently provide exceptional hospitality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Support local marketing efforts through events and community engagement.
  • Manage financial aspects of the business, including labor, food costs, and budgeting.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, personnel management, and operational standards.
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on coaching and motivating teams.
  • Understanding of P&L management and financial operations.
  • Food handler certification preferred.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
