Restaurant Manager requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience as a restaurant manager or GM in fast-casual restaurant with catering.  
• High-volume experience
• Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish)
• Ensure continuous improvement in both customer and employee satisfaction at all times
• Excellent leadership and employee development skills
• Assist with controlling cost (P&L)
• Administers new hire orientation and company reports
