Required:

• Minimum 3-5 years fast casual, or quick service restaurant management experience
• High-Volume experience
• Successful at building customer relationships and interfacing with guests
• Ensure continuous improvement in both customer and employee satisfaction at all times
• Excellent leadership and employee development skills
• Manages cost control (P&L)
• Administers new hire orientation and company reports

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary up to $60k-$70k based on experience
