As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, and creating a positive environment for both customers and staff. Your role will involve managing all aspects of the restaurant, from staffing and inventory to customer satisfaction and financial performance.
Required:
- Bachelors Degree in any field/associates degree in culinary arts
- Relevant restaurant experience in any capacity
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitized kitchen using proper food handling techniques
- Understand, monitor, and control inventory and labor costs
- Willingness to be coached and to coach
