Compensation: $50,000–$65,000 + Bonus

A leading, chef-driven, high-volume restaurant group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to help elevate daily operations, drive excellence in service, and support a highly engaged team. What You’ll Do
- Lead front-of-house operations while upholding premium service standards
- Partner with culinary leadership to execute scratch-made offerings at scale
- Manage labor and food cost to established budget targets
- Foster a strong, people-first culture that motivates and develops staff
- Ensure seamless guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-profile setting
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume or upscale dining settings
- Scratch-kitchen exposure required
- Demonstrated stability — 3+ years average tenure per location
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to coach teams and maintain a guest-centric culture
