A well-established growing, quick-service restaurant group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee a high-volume national brand. This individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations for QSR concept.
- Lead, train, and develop management and hourly teams to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with brand, and company standards for quality, safety, and guest service.
- Manage P&L performance, budgeting, inventory, and labor controls.
- Partner with vendors, and corporate teams to maintain operational excellence.
- Foster a positive, service-focused culture that delivers an outstanding guest experience.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of high-volume QSR management experience.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Proven success in managing financial results and operational performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
- Flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
