Restaurant Manager

Upscale Restaurant (Scratch Kitchen, High Volume)
Salary: $50-$65k + Bonus

Location: Dallas to Plano

Required:

·         4+ years Restaurant Manager experience in a high volume, high-profile restaurant, hotel or resort

·         Experience working in scratch kitchens and must have high volume experience.

·         Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills with staff & customers

·         Proven experience managing food and labor toward a budget

·         Passion for food, service, and high standards

·         Must have strong tenure, no job hopping!!!! 3+ years each location
