Hiring: Restaurant Manager, Upscale Full-Service (High Volume)
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Pay: up to $70,000 + Bonus


Responsibilities

·         Coordinate daily Front of House restaurant operations, including organizing and supervising shifts

·         Deliver superior service to meet company standards

·         Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints, taking appropriate action to maximize customer satisfaction

·         Train new and current team members through orientations, ongoing feedback and performance reviews

·         Closely monitor restaurant standards and compliance with safety regulations

·         Maintain sales growth, cost management and profit growth

·         Awareness of all preventive maintenance and equipment needs

Skills

·         Excellent leader with strong guest-oriented and service-minded skills

·         Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

·         Sound decision making and efficient problem solving

·         High level of initiative, motivation and teamwork

·         Time management and deadline oriented

·         Ability to multitask

·         Familiar with various computer software programs (MS Excel, MS Word, POS)

Requirements

·         2+ years experience Full-Service (Must Have Upscale to Fine Dining), High Volume Restaurant Manager

·         Education: High school diploma or higher

·         Associate’s degree or higher in Hospitality is a plus
