Hiring: Restaurant Manager, Upscale/Fine Dining Full-Service (High Volume)
Location: Burlington, MA
Pay: up to $75,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front of House restaurant operations, including organizing and supervising shifts
• Deliver superior service to meet company standards
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints, taking appropriate action to maximize customer satisfaction
• Train new and current team members through orientations, ongoing feedback and performance reviews
• Closely monitor restaurant standards and compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain sales growth, cost management and profit growth
• Awareness of all preventive maintenance and equipment needs

Requirements

• 2+ years experience Full-Service, High Volume Restaurant Manager
• Must have upscale/fine dining experience
• Education: High school diploma or higher
• Associate’s degree or higher in Hospitality is a plus
