Location: Boston, MA (Downtown area)
Compensation: $65,000 – $84,000 annually + performance incentives
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

A respected and rapidly growing fast-casual restaurant organization is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support daily operations at a high-volume, urban location in downtown Boston. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction

  • Train and coach team members on all aspects of restaurant operations

  • Lead and motivate hourly teams to deliver exceptional hospitality

  • Demonstrate hands-on leadership focused on coaching and performance excellence

  • Support community engagement through local outreach and restaurant events

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

  • Assist with labor management, shift execution, and operational standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including staffing, food prep, purchasing, and safety standards

  • Natural leader with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams

  • Basic understanding of financial controls and cost management

  • Passion for hospitality and guest experience

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Food handler certification preferred
