Managing Partner/General Manager

A well-known, high-volume full-service restaurant brand is seeking an experienced Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations. This entrepreneurial leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Lead, coach, and develop the management team and hourly staff
• Manage food, labor, and operating costs while driving sales and profitability
• Oversee weekly and monthly P&L performance, budgets, and inventory processes
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop managers and team members
• Ensure compliance with safety, alcohol service, and employment policies
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, security, and operational standards
• Build a positive, high-performance culture focused on guest satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a General Manager, Managing Partner, or Multi-Unit leader in a full-service restaurant concept
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage high-volume operations and drive financial performance
• Proven ability to coach and develop management teams
