Restaurant Managing Partner – CraftWay Kitchen (Full-Service | Elevated American)

CraftWay Kitchen is hiring a Restaurant Managing Partner to lead a high-performing team in an elevated American concept focused on great food, craft cocktails, and warm hospitality.

We’re looking for a culture-first leader with strong tenure and loyalty—someone who’s grown with restaurant groups (not bounced around), values systems and execution, and brings an entrepreneurial mindset to help elevate the business.

What you’ll do:

• Lead daily operations, uphold SOPs & standards
• Develop and mentor managers + hourly team
• Hire, train, and retain great staff
• Own guest experience and be visible in the community
• Manage financials (P&L, labor, food cost)
• Jump in where needed—including the kitchen when necessary

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years GM/Partner-level leadership experience (full-service)
• Strong people leadership + accountability
• Guest-focused, community-minded, hands-on leader
• Proven ability to grow teams and drive results

Schedule: 45–50 hours/week
Comp: $65K–$75K + 5% bonus
Benefits: Company covers 50% of insurance
