Salary: $60,000 – $66,000 per year (depending on experience)
Schedule: 45–50 hours per week; evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Position Overview
The Restaurant Operations Manager oversees daily operations for a full-service Chili’s restaurant at Naval Station Norfolk. This role leads team members, ensures excellent guest service, maintains brand standards, and drives strong operational and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality
- Train, coach, and develop restaurant team members
- Manage staffing and schedules using HotSchedules
- Monitor sales, labor, and food costs to achieve financial goals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, and health regulations
- Maintain food quality, sanitation, and operational consistency
- Complete operational reporting, logs, and required documentation
- Conduct cash audits and follow all company cash handling procedures

Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
- Experience in full-service or high-volume restaurant operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Active and valid Driver’s License required
- Ability to lift 30–50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
