Restaurant: Sales Manager
Fine Dining, Growing Restaurant Group
Salary: 68K + 1% Bonus/Commission
Location: San Diego, CA

The Sales Manager is responsible for selling the dining experience through contracted events. Generating sales leads outside of the restaurant by using various forms of communication and building local relationships. Communicate with the manager, chef and regional sales manager to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests.

Required:

• 5+ years of current sales experience, must have hospitality, restaurant or entertainment venue experience focused on dining events.
• Must have Fine Dining, Banquet experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills fostering client relations
• Attention to detail
• Project management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with energy and drive
• Professional, flexible, adaptable to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
