Restaurant Shift Manager

We’re seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Shift Manager to join a fast-growing, people-first hospitality group. In this role, you’ll help lead daily operations, support team development, and ensure an outstanding guest experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the flow of service during shifts, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Lead and motivate a team of hourly staff, fostering a positive and performance-driven culture.
• Support operational functions including purchasing, receiving, and inventory management.
• Assist with hiring, training, and employee relations initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Food Safety Certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
