Restaurant Shift Manager
We’re seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Shift Manager to join a fast-growing, people-first hospitality group. In this role, you’ll help lead daily operations, support team development, and ensure an outstanding guest experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the flow of service during shifts, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
- Lead and motivate a team of hourly staff, fostering a positive and performance-driven culture.
- Support operational functions including purchasing, receiving, and inventory management.
- Assist with hiring, training, and employee relations initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Food Safety Certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
