Corner Bakery Café is hiring a Restaurant Shift Supervisor to help run daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and create a friendly, guest-focused environment. You’ll oversee shift execution, support opening/closing, assist with catering, and help maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant employees and support labor/cost goals
- Lead guest service and handle guest recovery
- Assist with inventory counts, ordering, receiving, and product zoning
- Ensure execution of Master Prep and production sheets
- Perform opening and closing equipment/process procedures
- Complete end-of-night paperwork and shift reports
- Manage cash handling and deposits (safe/bank procedures)
- Support catering: delivery, production, order taking, and issue resolution
- Ensure meal/rest break compliance
- Maintain Foodhandler/ServSafe certifications
- Uphold food safety and restaurant cleanliness standards
- Work with outside vendors and sales programs as needed
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Foodhandler card / ServSafe certification (as applicable)
- 6+ months experience in restaurant operations (Corner Bakery or similar concept)
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel + POS experience
- Spanish bilingual a plus
