We are hiring a Hospitality Manager to lead the front-of-house team and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop the front-of-house team
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve issues proactively
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training
• Maintain service standards and operational consistency
• Oversee dining room flow, cleanliness, and atmosphere
• Partner with BOH leadership to ensure seamless operations
• Drive guest satisfaction and repeat business

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of FOH or Hospitality Manager experience
• Passion for guest experience and team development
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to stay composed and lead in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in high-volume restaurant operations preferred
