Position Title:

Catering Sales Manager

Position Summary:

Working as the Catering Sales Manager for the M Crowd Restaurant Group will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself! You will be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do. As the Catering Sales & Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing all catering events. You will manage and lead a team of associates to make sure the event is executed and M Crowd standards are met. Additionally, as part of the team, you will be responsible for the following:

Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Building client base through sales calls, prospecting, networking, and referrals.

· Field and qualify leads.

· Meeting quota for sales appointments and booking sales.

· Create and follow up on all proposals in a timely manner.

· Great communicator with all departments within the company as well as clients and partners.

· Contribute to the financial success of the company through accountability to established and meet sales and profit margin targets.

Qualifications:

· Strong sales and business acumen

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Highly organized with attention to detail

· 2+ years catering/food and bev sales experience

· Experience with catering software programs a plus

· Ability to thrive and multitask in fast paced environment.

· Able to manage assignments and deadlines with minimal supervision.

· Highly organized with attention to detail

· Restaurant industry experience a plus

· College degree a plus
