What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support crew members during scheduled shifts
• Ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment and top-quality food safety standards
• Open or close the restaurant, including cash handling and deposits
• Train new team members on procedures, safety, and customer service
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Monitor inventory, food costs, and labor to meet business goals
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in fast food, quick service restaurant (QSR), or retail supervision preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18+ (varies by location requirements)
