Pay Range: $15 – $18 per hour (Plus Tips)
Assistant Manager Job Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in a high-volume fast casual or casual dining restaurant
- The desire to develop talent within both the management and hourly teams
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Sound decision making and problem-solving skills
- Desire for personal and professional growth
Hourly Jo Requirements:
- Must have excellent customer service skills
