Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Excellence: Assist the Executive Chef in creating and executing authentic Italian menus, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen activities, including inventory management, ordering, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Quality Control: Maintain consistency in taste and presentation, upholding the restaurant’s standards of excellence.
  • Innovation: Contribute to menu development by introducing new dishes and refining existing recipes to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a professional kitchen setting.
  • Education: Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Attributes: Passion for culinary arts, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
