Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Quality Control: Maintain consistency in taste and presentation, upholding the restaurant’s standards of excellence.
- Innovation: Contribute to menu development by introducing new dishes and refining existing recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a professional kitchen setting.
- Education: Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
