
Hiring: Sous Chef, Full-Service Upscale, High Volume (Scratch Kitchen)
Location: Edison, NJ
Pay: up to $75,000 + Bonus

- Deliver high quality, great tasting food to meet company standards
- Proper food safety, sanitation, and profitability

Requirements
- 2+ years experience Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in Full-Service, High Volume Upscale Restaurant or High-End Resort
- Education: High school diploma or higher
- Associate’s degree or higher in Culinary is a plus
