FOH Associate/Cashier/Customer Service | Drive-Thru Associate | BOH Associate/Line Cook

Shift: Days, Nights, Weekends

Pay: $13.00+/hour – Depending on Experience.

The FOH Associate / Cashier / Customer Service Team Member plays a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences at Egg N Bird. You’ll greet guests, manage orders, handle transactions, and ensure the front area is welcoming and clean.

FOH Associate Requirements:

• Must be 18 years older
• Prior experience in customer service or as a cashier in a fast-casual or restaurant setting is preferred but not required for the right attitude
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

The Drive-Thru Associate is responsible for delivering a smooth and enjoyable customer experience in the drive-thru. This includes greeting guests, accurately taking orders, processing transactions, and ensuring food quality standards.

Drive-Thru Associate Requirements:

• Must be 18 years older
• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a drive-thru or fast-food environment is preferred but not required for the right attitude
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting and maintain attention to detail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.

The BOH Associate/Line Cook will be responsible for everything from food preparation, working the prep line, interacting with customers, cleaning, ordering food and performing inventory.

BOH Associate Requirements:

• Must be 18 years older
• Valid Texas Food Handler required before first day
• Experience as a Prep/Line Cook in a full-service, high-volume Food and Beverage environment is preferred but not required for the right attitude
• Culinary certificate is a plus
