Territory Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and warm calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments
- Develop a deep understanding of market offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through excellent customer service and follow-up
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business development and growth
- Negotiate terms of agreements with clients to maximize business potential
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
- Customer Service and/or Sales experience, company will train you
- Payroll company sales experience; ADP, etc, could be helpful based on sales cycle/training, company is not Payroll-related and pays much higher commission and in a much more stable industry, plus company has many existing accounts in Dallas market due to growth!
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and driving results in business development initiative
